As always, we couldn’t leave without trying one of their famous cheesecakes — absolutely delicious and the perfect end to the meal. It’s easily one of the best restaurants around. The cheesecake is outstanding, of course, but what really impresses me is the huge variety on the menu, including regular new additions like skinless menus and other new options. What truly keeps surprising me, though, is how they manage to maintain the same high quality across all branches. Even when I order old favorites from years ago, the taste is exactly the same—just as good as I remember. That consistency is rare. I especially recommend the Festival City branch. It tends to be less crowded, and on some days, there’s no wait time at all to get a table—which is a big bonus in Dubai. If you haven’t tried The Cheesecake Factory yet, this is definitely the place to start. A must-visit spot for food lovers show less

To finish, we ordered three delicious cheesecakes: Godiva, Oreo, and Strawberry. The highlight of our lunch was celebrating my son’s birthday. The team was kind enough to sing for him, which truly made our day extra special. There was a slight delay in receiving our orders, and our server was changed midway through something unusual for Cheesecake Factory’s typically consistent service. The whole experience was really wonderful. About the food, we ordered the chicken and shrimp combo, the amount of dishes is really big enough for two people. I really really appreciate the sauce inside, so delicious, even if this kind of food is not always East Asian choice. And the beverage, if you order the soft drink, the staff will refill it all the time after you drink up. Service is okay. Of course in such a busy restaurant, sometimes the staff can not handle all tables at the same time. It’s totally understandable. Atmosphere is great, in the afternoon we came there, only the window side tables, but I think no problem for us. The temperature is good, also under the ac, not hot at all.
