We ate really fast and fulling. We asked for extra spicy and the food was actually spicy and the flavors were blending so good together. Their menu is extensive, from breakfast to lunch. You have plenty of options, like croissants, different benedicts, omelettes, pancakes and other sweet options. We had beef tacos with avocado and mango salsa, it was very nice and then croissant with salmon and avocado, as well tasty. The place is directly in JBR with great sea view, the staff is fast and the food was quickly on the table. This was our 4th breakfast at Eggspecatiton and we were never disappointed. Highly recommend trying their pancakes and French toast if you're in town. The shrimp salad was also a pleasant surprise. Very nice food to have by the beach. Great choice if you’re in the area. The salad was an amazing symphony of flavours but the chicken used for the chicken & waffles was a bit disappointing.
