We ordered Shish Tawook and Meat Kebab, but were served with spoiled rice and meat, and the food wasn’t even hot. To make things worse, we tried reaching out to their toll-free number (04) 220 0077, but no one answered. We requested a refund, but they refused, even though we returned the food due to its poor quality. On top of that, we initially ordered lemon with mint, but were later informed it was unavailable and had to settle for watermelon instead. This is completely unacceptable, and we urge the management to take responsibility and issue a refund. Terrible service and food quality—would not recommend! show less

First we ate at golden fork Dcc and we were so happy with the service and the food. It was very delicious and very affordable. The staff Li was very friendly and accommodating. She is a star.

The soup quality has been watery with few pieces of squid. I used to dine in and order online previously too and was amazed with it but this time, it was horrible. The quality and quantity has terribly dropped down. Hummus was sent without khuboos despite its mentioned in the menu of Golden Fork Restaurant. The food was delivered after one and half hours. Won’t order again. Not recommended at all. show less
