I had a very disappointing and alarming experience with my recent order. My husband and I ordered two “spicy Houston” burgers through Deliveroo – one with Impossible meat and the other with regular beef. Unfortunately, there was no indication on the packaging to differentiate between the two. My husband mistakenly gave me what he thought was the Impossible burger, and I ate part of it assuming it was plant-based. However, the taste seemed off, so we checked both burgers and realized they had both been made with beef. I have been a vegetarian for 10 years and consuming meat could have serious health consequences for me! To make matters worse, Deliveroo hasn’t been able to offer any assistance, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone from Johnny Rockets. This is a serious issue, and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of care and communication. At the very least, the packaging should clearly distinguish between the Impossible and meat burgers to avoid this kind of mistake. This could have had much worse consequences, and I strongly urge Johnny Rockets to address this problem before it results in something even more serious. show less

The prices are higher, but the food was not the same. Instead of the delicious battered real onion rings they advertise in the photos, we were served cheap, breaded mince onion rings for a higher price. This in no way reflects on the quick and good service we received from the staff. They can only serve the food they are provided. We stopped here because we expected the same quality as other UAE locations. Never again, at this location. show less

I rated the food on deliveroo app itself. 2 days later I got a call from Johnny Rockets saying they were disappointed to read my review and that they'd like to redeem me with a voucher of the same amount that I had paid in my last order. I then placed an order through that voucher directly from the restaurant itself and received it a while ago. While the food still tasted quite average I am only giving them 5 stars for their customer service. Basically don't order from here for the food. Not worth it. show less

We order throughout Talabat the food was organized from Jonny Rockets Al barsha (probably a cloud kitchen??) the worst experience I ever had. My order was placed at 19:11 it has arrived at 20:46. Unacceptable. The food was Cold, not mild or slight warm, TOTALLY COLD! The patty was burnt I would say carbonised, there was not indication in the box what was inside so we were wondering which burger was for who all the time. The sweet potatoes fries we ordered were burnt too and cold. We ordered at Johnny rockets because it was always a guarantee of quality, I understand now that it was a total mistake, I will never ordered there again. If you cannot guarantee an high quality of the product I can easy going to the orge competitors that are, at this point, much more reliable and transparent. Even the service by talabat was AWFUL DELAY AND NOT RESPONDING AT CUSTOMER CARE. Very very bad experience. show less
