I ordered the Biryani, and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had — flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. The customer service at that time was also excellent, which made the experience even more memorable. Encouraged by that visit, I returned a couple of months later, likely in February or March. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story. I ordered the same Biryani, hoping to relive that amazing experience, but what I received was a completely different version — lacking in both flavor and quality. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff casually mentioned that the kitchen team had changed. That shift in staff clearly reflected in the food, which was honestly among the worst Biryanis I’ve had. While the customer service was still polite, it was obvious that something had changed. Today, I gave the place another try, ordering two different dishes. Sadly, the food was just average, nowhere near the quality they once offered. What really stood out this time, though — and not in a good way — was the customer service. The male staff taking our order seemed to have no knowledge of the menu or the dishes, and the waiting time was excessive. Even something as simple as tea took 15 minutes to arrive after ordering. The only consistently good thing about this restaurant is the ambience. The decor and setting remain pleasant, and that’s the one area they seem to care about. However, they keep changing their staff and interior regularly, which contributes to a lack of consistency. The current team, with the exception of a few professional ladies, comes off as unprofessional. Overall, what was once a promising restaurant has clearly lost its charm due to declining food quality and increasingly poor service. I hope they refocus on improving both their kitchen and front-of-house operations. Until then, I can’t recommend it. Rating: 2 out of 10 show less

Previously when I visited for 3-4 times there was open unlimited buffet lunch with loads of items to choose from with great tasting curries, grilled options, kababs and biryani all amazingly delicious. At the price if I am not wrong it was 30-34 AED and it was really great value for money. For me it was worth 5 stars for sure. But this time I was disappointed to see the buffet option is no more due to the COVID situation I guess. COVID has changed so many things around us and forced good running businesses to change or shut down. Thankfully this is still running and happy for that. I ordered non veg thali this time and I was bit disappointed with the thali what I was served. The whole thali had main large portion of chicken biryani with two chapatis and butter chicken. Served with this one pc chicken chapli kabab, one small chicken tikka. Biryani was tasty but too much portion for a thali and butter chicken was bit sweet for my liking. All in all 34 AED for this thali wasn’t worth for me and would never go back to this place for thali option. Looking forward for them to start once again their open buffet lunch service. show less

Must try on the menu being their Fish Tikka which will be a real treat to taste buds. Zaffarani Biryani especially mutton is yet another must have with succulent and juicy mutton bites and generous portion to fill upto your brim.
