Tonight, I just ordered again March 13, 2025, at 10:30 PM.and thought it was better now but sadly, I regret ordering again. It was the same, tasteless and dry! As loyal customers who have traveled over 50 kilometers from Karama every Sunday, we have always enjoyed the delicious food. our today visit was a completely different experience. Upon arriving, we were met with a rude and discriminatory attitude from the staff. When we tried to wash our hands before eating, a standard practice in many cultures, we were questioned about where we were going. The tone and manner of their questioning were both unprofessional and offensive. It seemed as if they assumed we were only there to use the facilities without any intention of ordering food. This assumption was not only insulting but also made us feel unwelcome due to our ethnicity. Despite explaining that it is common and hygienic to wash hands before a meal, the staff remained dismissive and rude. It was only after we greeted them with "Salam" that they began to treat us with any respect, which made us feel even more uncomfortable. It was as if they only recognized us as "genuine" customers after hearing that greeting. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional; it’s downright absurd and made us feel completely out of place. Although the restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers affordable food, it was surprisingly empty during our visit. After our experience, it became clear why this might be the case. The staff, despite their appearance, lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. Their behavior not only ruined our dining experience but also made us question how they treat other customers. It is unfortunate that our favorite spot has become a place we will avoid in the future. The experience left a bad taste, not just because of the food but also because of the way we were treated. We were willing to travel a long distance for the food, but no meal is worth the disrespect we encountered. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to improve their staff's behavior and ensure that other customers do not have to go through the same unpleasant experience. show less

It is the same owner for falafel restaurant and the other two small restaurants, we have ordered mixed grill , the taste was good , hummus was too heavy and it has different texture than Lebane... show more It is the same owner for falafel restaurant and the other two small restaurants, we have ordered mixed grill , the taste was good , hummus was too heavy and it has different texture than Lebanese Hummus , the charcoal chicken was dry and the falafel was good but i usually prefer bigger . The sweet was really good specially the Kunafa . Their prices are really good but it is advisable to order delivery as the restaurant is small and decor needs to be renovated. show less
