I would not mind as much but I asked if the pastries were baked this morning. There was a mumble with “yes” but not a firm answer. I think I was understood though, as before serving, the lady behind the counter poked at the danish for freshness check 😂 comedy at 8am. First bad experience, I must admit, no big deal. But do train your staff to be honest and upfront. Well, in a bad mood now, you are welcome to guess if I come back again. show less

Staff are so nice and smiling, helpful and having a great sense of hospitality. The second floor is way better that the ground level for you can have a clear view of Dubai Eye. Very cozy in winter time where you can have a nice sunny stay. Highly recommended. show less
